Managing a robust and effective production plan utilising up to date run rates and change over times ensuring a smooth and effect process. This role will be helping to support the Estimators in the daily tasks that they carry out. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar environment or within engineering and manufacturing organisation and will possess excellent administration skills alongside a confident telephone manor.Daily Tasks:Setting up new enquiries in the internal systems, including downloading and uploading supporting documents from customer portals.Updating the enquiry tracker and assigning the project to an estimator.Compiling information for quotation submissions including any supporting documents.Undertaking quote comparisons from suppliers where multiple quotes have been received for the same package of work.Preparing presentations for tenders in the format required by the customer.Liaising with the Business Development Manager and General Manager.Attending weekly estimating meetings.
