IT Support Manager (Charity) 12 months FTC - £50,000This is a really exciting role for someone who is looking for an opportunity to give something back. Not only will you be part of a technical outsourcing transformation, you will also be working for a charity that does wonderful work to improve the lives of others. As IT Support Manager you will lead a team of 5 Service Desk Engineers to help improve service delivery and ticket prioritisation whilst they transition from an insource to outsource model. Working closely with a highly talented Transformation Director this role offers a lot of great exposure and a genuinely lovely working environment. The role will be Hybrid working in the city centre (minutes from either train station) 2/3 days on site.Ideal experience:Good understanding of managing a busy IT Service Desk, delivering SLAs and excellent IT services.Understanding of ITIL and ISO27001 would be advantages.Excellent man management skills, from day to day management through to stakeholder engagement.Ability to remain hands on technical when needed, Active Directory, Windows 10, Azure, ticketing systems etcWorking knowledge of GDPR and general data protection would be highly advantageous.Whilst we do not need Charity sector experience, we want someone who understands the importance of what they do. This translates in to the services you deliver and in turn how they help their service users.
