Interim Treasury Consultant - 4 Months - London - £700/800 per day inside IR35 My FTSE listed client is looking for an interim Treasury Consultant to join them for a 4 month contract on a day rate basis. The primary focus of this role will be to deal with the response of queries from banks or funders relating to debt restructuring, the renegotiation of debt facilities, raising capital and ongoing bonds. You will require a good understanding of debt capital markets to fully support the Treasury Director, The successful candidate will be articulate, well written, credible with the gravitas to manage the required reporting to relevant parties. You will need to have significant exposure to the banks, renegotiating debt facilities through a period of flux within a large and complex business. Interim Project Manager - Circa £500 per day Inside IR35 - London I have an immediate requirement for an Interim Project Manager to join a division of a large, listed business for an initial period of 6 months. The business is going through significant change and is in the process of separating out part of the business to create a standalone legal entity. Initially, they require an Interim Project Manager to scope out the initial requirements, set up the project governance and resource planning to allow them to progress to the initial stages of the project. The full management structure is in place and the first phase of the project is likely to entail separating out reporting from their existing ERP, before aligning with wider systems changes across the group and the ultimate creation and transfer to the new legal entity. This will cover Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, payroll, Supply Chain etc... I am ideally looking for an Interim Project Manager with a heavy slant towards Finance or HR who has delivered a similar project in a complex change environment. You will need to be extremely hands-on, as comfortable at the exec level communicating the big picture vision as down in the detail using very basic project disciplines. Interim Commercial Finance Director - 1 day per week - Midlands - Competitive Day Rate I have an immediate requirement for and Interim Commercial Finance Director to join a Property company with a Midlands based office. The role will be hired on a consultancy basis for a day or so a week, clearly this will suit a candidate operating or looking to build a portfolio of clients. A lot of the day-to-day work will be covered by the existing team. This role will be developmental and focused on delivering senior level commercial financial partnering to the Managing Director. While the business is operationally sound, there are some improvements to be made to deliver a best-in-class finance function to support the property specialism. Some key areas of focus will be around the development of property focused reporting, KPI setting, FP&A, management information and related commentary. This successful candidate will tweak the existing function to deliver a solid foundation for reporting, commercial support and decision making that underpins the property bias. Beyond the headline deliverables this role will support with investment appraisal, fund raising, banking relationships, business planning and the management of leveraged investments in a business with significant upward momentum and aggressive growth targets. Apart from having demonstrable experience covering the areas already mentioned you will also require a chartered accountancy qualification, have at least 10 years PQE and significant property experience as the No1 in finance partnering at board level.
