Interim CFO - North London - Circa £1000 per day Inside IR35 - 6 Months My private equity backed, fast growth SME client has a requirement for an interim CFO to join their team for a period of 6 months. The role is available to support them as they go through the process of hiring on a permanent basis. The client operates in the Health care sector and is regarded as one of the best performers in their field. They have enormous opportunity to drive growth through their current footprint of circa 50 locations nationwide and by capitalising on their network and market reputation. Interim CFO - Key Accountability's: The Interim CFO will act as business partner to the CEO and will have autonomy in leading and developing the finance function. Accountability's in brief: Overseeing and coordinating financial control and accounting function Developing and reinforcing the control environment, consolidating, and improving processes Preparing and updating financial budgets and business plan Assisting the CEO by providing financial analysis and commentary for decision making Cash flow management and optimisation Ensuring timely and accurate submission of finance, tax, and accounting records to CEO and relevant stakeholders. Support all M&A activity, organising due diligence, execution and integration Debt financing and coordination Managing costs and identifying cost optimisation potential Developing appropriate presentations to communicate business and financial performance Interim CFO - Required Experience: A chartered accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc..) Interim Group Financial Controller

Interim Group Financial Controller Midlands/The North 6 Months £1000/£1200 per day inside IR35 I have an immediate requirement for a Group Financial Controller to join a multi-site business for a period of 6 months. Reporting directly to the Group CFO you will cover a busy period for my client including the Q3 reporting cycle, budget consolidation process and year end audit. I am looking for a candidate who has covered a group role in a complex multi-site business of at least £500MN Turnover. You will have managed teams of 20+ with several direct reports. The core experience required will encompass planning and reporting, and you will be required to give a consolidated view of the numbers and to communicate the story behind them. The role can be delivered flexibly with a day or two in the offices based between the Midlands and North, with the rest of the time home based. European Financial Controller

European Financial Controller - Netherlands (Flevoland) Remuneration: €95,000-€125,000 Per Annum + 20% Bonus & Package I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join a newly acquired private equity backed business, circa €25MN turnover based in Flevoland in the Netherlands. The role will provide business partnering and commercial support to the Managing Director of the European businesses with a reporting line directly into the UK Finance Director. In terms of territory the business currently covers The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium but there is significant appetite for growth so while the current markets will develop at pace the medium/long term plan will be to grow into new European Countries. The Business: This newly acquired business joins an award-winning parent focused on delivering cutting edge security hardware and services to the infrastructure, construction, and property sectors. The acquisition demonstrates the businesses commitment to growth and fits centrally to their strategic agenda. Role requirements in brief: * Financial Control and maintaining robust and timely financial reporting. * Completing monthly accounts on time, understanding variances and ensuring all day-to-day accounting is completed accurately. * Preparation of management reports for the operational management team providing analytical direction and actions to achieve the targeted results. * Assisting with annual budgets and quarterly forecasting with Heads of Departments and providing support as required. * Monitoring the business cash flow and working capital requirements. * Leading, managing and supporting a team of finance staff. * Delivering process improvement and developing a strong control environment. * Assist with operational issues and taking an active role in local operational meetings on business and financial matters. * Identifying, evaluating and proposing productivity and performance improvements for the business. * Assist in maintaining external stakeholder relationships with auditors, banks and tax authorities ensuring timely submissions of external reporting. * Working with the Chief Financial Officer on strategic and commercial initiatives across the company. * Oversee bank reconciliations, credit control, supplier payments and stock control.
