My client, one of the leaders in the connectivity solutions market requires a FP&A Manager to support its growth plans. This award winning business has a strong staff culture and private equity support to facilitate its expansion strategy. The role has responsibility for building the annual budget and 3 year plan working with the Operational CFO and other stakeholders across the business. Specifically this role will lead the annual budgeting cycle working with internal support functions and updating senior management. You will also be required to prepare and maintain a long term integrated financial model supported by rigorous methodology to provide insight including risk and opportunity analysis. Other deliverables include maintenance of the cash flow forecast model, quarterly re-forecasting, banking covenants compliance and KPI reporting. In line with the business strategy there will be the opportunity to get involved in providing financial modelling to support potential acquisitions. The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant and have a background in developing integrated financial models within transactional services. You will be experienced in supporting the budgeting and planning process and a track record in providing insight to the numbers. A self starter and problem solver you will also be completer finisher with a genuine interest in supporting the business with high quality analysis.
