The position comes with a desirable salary paying up to £26k per annum in which you will be joining a committed and hardworking finance team. To be considered for this role previous experience in the construction industry is a must. Day to day tasks include: Processing all supplier invoices. Ensuring invoices are approved and processed accurately. Supplier statement reconciliations. Recording transactions effectively in the system. Management queries via, phone, email and Teams. Maintaining files are up to date. Working with the team for continuous improvement. Ideal candidate: Previous experience in an Accounts Payable function - Essential. Previous experience in the construction industry - Essential. Previous experience of the system, Coins - Desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must present energy, enthusiasm, and commitment. To be considered for this role you must be coming to the end of your AAT exams or have begun your CIMA/ACCA qualification. The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for the Fixed Asset Reporting. Produce the monthly accounts, providing insights into variances to plan, trends and future risks and opportunities. Provide data and take responsibility for the KPIs, budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews. Learn and have a consistent insight of Fixed Asset within the business. Review and approve all Fixed Asset balance sheet account reconciliations. Implement processes and infrastructure to deliver information efficiently and effectively. Complete analysis required by the senior leadership team to assist in effective decision making. Ideal candidate: AAT Qualified / Part Qualified ACCA / CIMA Analytically minded and numeric SAP experience Highly motivated individual with ambitions to progress within the business Excellent Excel modelling skills.
