RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with years or more post-qualification experience to join their Residential Development Unit, which exclusively partners with housebuilders.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate, you will work alongside some of the biggest names within house building as well as niche developers. You will be responsible for complex and large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales, collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration.
Responsibilities Included:
- Undertake complex and large-scale land acquisitions for household names across England and Wales
- Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements between developers
- Manage disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations and other developers
- Negotiate funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration
- Ensure that clients receive a complete acquisition to disposal service
Skills and Attributes:
- 4 years or more post-qualification experience
- Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous
- Skilled commercial development lawyers who want to specialise in residential work are also welcome to apply
