Regional Operations Manager - Ireland
I'm currently supporting the recruitment of a Regional Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver operational excellence across a network of last-mile delivery sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about driving results through people, performance, and process improvement.
📍 Location: Primarily Dublin, with travel to Athlone and Cork

The Role
As Regional Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of day-to-day operations - overseeing everything from stock receipt to final-mile delivery. You'll be accountable for performance, compliance, and service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring the smooth running of operations and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing operational teams across multiple locations.
- Managing budgets, costs, and efficiency initiatives to achieve commercial goals.
- Driving KPI performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting a strong culture of safety, compliance, and accountability.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to maintain service excellence.
