Associate - Property Development (3+ PQE)

The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Property Development Associate to join a leading national firm in a period of significant growth.
You'll become part of a market-leading Real Estate practice, advising top-tier developers, investors, and landowners on major residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects shaping the built environment across the UK.

The Role
Lead on a wide range of development transactions including site acquisitions, conditional contracts, options, and collaboration agreements.
Advise on residential, commercial, and strategic land development projects.
Draft and negotiate key transactional documents such as agreements for lease, transfers, deeds, and leases.
Undertake title due diligence, reporting, and lender compliance work.
Support senior lawyers on landmark projects while mentoring junior colleagues.
Contribute to client development, networking, and thought leadership initiatives.
About You
3+ years' PQE in property development or commercial real estate.
Proven experience managing transactions from start to finish.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Commercially astute, pragmatic, and confident working directly with clients.
