Role Overview:
As an Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Taking will instructions, both independently and alongside senior colleagues.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and assisting clients in executing them.
- Converting general will enquiries into active instructions.
- Supporting partners and associates in drafting complex wills and trust documentation.
- Participating in the review of the firm's Will Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the private client team to support clients who require wealth preservation services.
- Efficiently managing administration, billing, and cost recovery.
- Regularly reviewing debts, work in progress, and disbursements.
- Keeping up to date with changes in the law through continuing professional development.
- Making a broader contribution to the firm, including attending events as required.
