Job Title: Legal PA (Private Client)

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for an exciting opportunity within a reputable law firm? We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to join our client's Private Client team based in Birmingham. You will be working in office, Mon-Fri between 9am - 5.30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client department.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and manage file administration.
- Handle client queries and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Organise travel arrangements, conferences, and any necessary bookings.
- Prepare bills and manage expense claims.
- Maintain accurate client records and assist with file management.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Legal PA, ideally within Private Client, Wills, Trusts, or Probate.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems.
- A professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.
