**ECOMMERCE & CRM EXECUTIVE**

As the online presence in the UK continues to grow, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Content Marketing & CRM Executive. The Content Marketing & CRM Executive will be responsible for managing the company's online content and customer relationship management initiatives. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to ensure that marketing campaigns resonate with the target audience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring content changes across the UK website are executed correctly and on time.
- Taking responsibility for all online visual merchandising onsite, including content and product.
- Launching new products on the site and creating promotions that are fully tested and operational.
- Communicating with and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Executing end-to-end email campaigns, including setup, design, copywriting, delivery, and reporting.
Skills and Attributes:
- At least 2 years' experience in a B2C CRM/content role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software (preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behaviour.
