About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a phone based fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Queries: Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and emails, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive Communication: Monitor internal systems and take initiative to contact customers before potential issues escalate.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and consistent communication.
  • Data Accuracy: Update and maintain records in internal systems to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Process Compliance: Follow company procedures and service standards to deliver a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to share information, resolve complex issues, and improve overall service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer experience.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using CRM systems or similar platforms.
  • Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role.

Working Hours & Benefits
