We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our client's thriving Corporate team at their Birmingham office. Key Duties:
Drafting and negotiating transactional documents such as share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, and shareholders' agreements.
Advising clients on complex corporate and commercial matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
Providing strategic advice and guidance to clients on matters such as corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
